Boasting a stellar location in the highly regarded South End community and only a short stroll to the beach and public sound access, Sea-Esta is the perfect spot for families to relax and unwind. Offering multiple decks, an outdoor TV, garage recreation area with ping pong table, and garage parking. You'll have everything you need to enjoy time well spent with family and friends at this lovely vacation home. Please note that the elevator is reliable but not guaranteed for your stay. The ground level includes a foyer with access to garage parking, and a recreation area in the garage with a ping pong table, TV, and comfortable couches for lounging on after time on the beach. Off the back of the garage is an outdoor shower for rinsing off after a fun filled day in the sand and sun. The second floor includes 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, laundry room, plus a deck with plenty of outdoor seating-the perfect spot to enjoy some time in the shade. Two of the bedrooms on this floor each offer 2 full beds and each have their own full private bathrooms. The third bedroom has a queen bed, a TV, and shares a bathroom with the fourth bedroom. The fourth bedroom on this level has a king bed, large flat screen TV, sitting area and it's own access to the deck. The top floor offers an open floor plan including the living space, dining area, kitchen, powder bathroom and the fifth bedroom with a king bed.. The fully stocked kitchen is updated with granite counters, stainless steel appliances, separate ice maker, and access to a covered deck out back including a gas grill. With a large center island and bar seating for 4, there's plenty of space to gather around the kitchen while cooking up the day's fresh catch. The dining room table seats 8 and is located right of the living area. The spacious, open living area has a large flat screen TV and plenty of seating for the entire family to enjoy movie nights or catch up on the day's adventures Head out to the sound side deck from the living area to enjoy the outdoor TV and glass top table with a gas fire feature. Watch the game while shooting the breeze and overlooking Banks Channel from this top level deck with plenty of comfortable seating. Sea-Esta has all the features your group will need and plenty of space to make lasting memories with those you care about the most. Parking instructions: Parking for four to five cars depending on size. Any additional vehicles that do not fit at the property must park in paid public parking. INCLUDED: WIFI, fully stocked kitchen, paper goods and ALL linens, including all bedding + bath + beach towels to save you the hassle/cost of renting them separately ($200-300+ value)! When you arrive, beds will be made with crisp, fresh linens and complete sets of fluffy towels will be available. Beach bikes, cooler, beach cart and beach accessories are also provided for your enjoyment. You must be 25 years or older to rent this property. Please notify our office if you're planning to bring a pet as the following pet policy will apply: A maximum of 2 pets are permitted. ONLY DOGS ARE ALLOWED. The pet fee is $250 per pet plus tax. A pet fee will be added after booking. No dogs are allowed without prior approval and payment of a non-refundable pet fee, per pet. Undisclosed dogs will incur a minimum $300 fine plus tax. Violation of our 2-pet maximum policy will incur a minimum of $300 plus tax charge, per pet, plus the tenant will be in material breach of the lease, and grounds for eviction will apply. The pet must be removed from the premises immediately, and your reservation may be canceled with no refund given. \*\*Please note: All service animals & emotional support animals must be disclosed at the time of booking to allow the agent to collect records and documentation to support the request in accordance with all state and federal laws. A pet fee will NOT be charged for true Service Animals.\*\* No pets are allowed on the beach strand from April 1 through September 30\. Pets must be on a leash if on the beach strand from October 1 through March 31. Sea Scape requires that all reservations have a signed rental agreement that will be sent to you via text message after booking. Once you've booked your stay, you will have 48 hrs. to complete the rental agreement to confirm your stay. The large floor plan, 5 bathrooms and numerous decks afforded maximum privacy for our group. The property was clean and stocked with everything you’d need. Conveniently located to the various amenities on Wrightsville Beach and a very short walk to public beach access. The staff was extremely responsive, even supporting a last-minute request for early check-in. Pertinent details were provided well in advance negating the need for us to make inquiries. ##### Shayne C. Kitchen had all the essentials. It’s not very modern but parts of it were. We loved the kitchen area. The beach essential we’re well stocked up.Negative now ..The place could have been cleaned and dusted better. Food crumbs were in dining table and pollen on the outdoor furniture when we checked in. The property company sent out too many emails.At one point it felt that we have too many reminders of to do list,not my favorite sea stress free vacation. If this happens we will charge you this and that. We get it . We had a beeping fire alarm which was not replaced for 2 nights. Eventually, it was but it could have been addressed sooner.
