This stunning 3BR/2BA oceanfront condo boasts ocean views and includes a 21 ft. boat slip for those looking to bring their boat and explore our incredible local islands and waterways. Ready to try it all? Aqua Vista offers a private community beach path for quick and direct access to the beach and is conveniently located to local restaurants and shops, including Oceanic Restaurant, South End Surf Shop, SUNdays coffee shop, and the Crystal Pier. The open floorplan provides ocean views from the living, dining, and kitchen areas, with plenty of natural lighting and all new furnishings. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the comforts of home and has seating for 2 at the bar. Take in ocean views while enjoying meals together at the large dining room table or spread out in the comfortable living area to connect with family and friends. Shoot the breeze and listen to the waves crash from the large, oceanfront deck with incredible views. The master bedroom offers a King bed, ocean views, private full bathroom, smart TV, and direct access to the oceanfront deck. The Queen bedroom includes smart TV with streaming options and the Twin bedroom offers 2 twin beds, partial views of Banks Channel, and a smart TV. The sofa in the living room pulls out to sleep 2 more people and the full bathroom plus a laundry closet with washer and dryer are available in the hallway. \*Waterfront Gazebo is off limits for gatherings or parties. Dock is available for guest to use to get to and from their boat slip. Guests are not permitted to gather or hang out on the boat dock or use the community grills, picnic tables, or private beach area at the dock. \*No pets. No smoking. Parking instructions: 2 labeled spots D1 available for guest use. Any additional vehicles that do not fit at the property must park in paid public parking. \*No boat trailers. Please contact our office if you are planning to bring your boat. INCLUDED: WIFI, fully stocked kitchen, paper goods and ALL linens, including all bedding + bath + beach towels to save you the hassle/cost of renting them separately ($200-300+ value)! When you arrive, beds will be made with crisp, fresh linens and complete sets of fluffy towels will be available. Beach bikes, cooler, beach cart and beach accessories are also provided for your enjoyment. You must be 25 years or older to rent this property. Sea Scape requires that all reservations have a signed rental agreement that will be sent to you via text message after booking. Once you've booked your stay, you will have 48 hrs. to complete the rental agreement to confirm your stay. Had wanted to visit for a while. Glad we finally had the opportunity. Number one requirement when visiting the beach is being beach front and this place checked that box. It was cooler so didn’t get to enjoy the balcony as much as I would have liked but the time I did spend it there was great. Loved sleeping with the slider open hearing the waves. This oceanfront unit was amazing with a beautiful view of the ocean and a big balcony to hang out on. Everything was clean and had ALL the amenities needed. The location was great and in walking distance to an amazing restaurant, The Oceanic. A great time was had by all. My only regret was we didn't stay longer. Hope to come back. ##### Julie H. Well appointed except sofa in living room needs to be replaced. We found it unsittable. Also, would be nice if they provided a few more amenities, especially coffee and sweetener. Have stayed in this building before in different unit on upper floor, that has better view of the beach. However, no elevator makes it difficult bringing the luggage up to the room, either on the 2nd or 3rd floor. Would recommend and would stay here again although a bit pricey. ##### Gary C. Communication with the managing company was great and very thorough. (I really appreciated being informed the coffee maker was a Keurig.) Because of the photos we were expecting something really nice and the condo did not disappoint! Bright and airy feeling with plenty of seating in the living room. I loved how quiet it was – no squeaky doors, cabinets, or floors. We loved the location and walked to dinner one night. The deck was perfect. You could be in the sun or shade and we spent many hours out there. I appreciated beach chairs and beach towels being available. The kitchen was well stocked. The sound front dock was an added bonus as we brought our boat up from Southport for a fun boating day. This condo offers the best of both worlds with beach front & sound access. The entire process was smooth even though it was last minute (i.e. the day before) and the condo was exactly as described. It was clean, fully stocked, and in a wonderful location. Everyone was happy and decided that Wrightsville/Wilmington is a great area and we will definitely be back. Zero complaints about this lovely condo and the area.
