Welcome to our Oceanfront two bedroom, two bath condo located on the fourth floor at The Islander. Our unit's customized interior offers granite counter tops and hard wood floors in main living area. Renovation in 2019 after Hurricane includes flooring with area rugs in the two bedrooms rather than carpet as before. A tile floor enclosed balcony with table and chairs allows you to relax to the sounds of the ocean, while enjoying a morning cup of coffee and watching the sunrise or an evening cocktail after a long day on the beach. \*Sleeps 5\* The master bedroom has a king bed, the second bedroom has a queen bed and a twin bed. New living room furniture and new dining/chairs in 2025. We have a smart tv in the living room, a HD flat panel 36 inch in the master bedroom and a small tv second bedroom(no cable in here, bring fire stick) to accommodate everyone in your party! Wireless internet for your convenience. Don't feel like going out to dinner? Take advantage of the shared grills and cabana area with tables and seating available. We love grilling out and eating by the pool! Or eat in with seating for 6 at the table and 4 at the bar. Leaf for table is stored in guest bedroom closet. Wrightsville Beach and Wilmington, just a short drive away, have so much to offer with shopping, dining, museums, and much more! Friday to Friday rentals in the peak season. Please make sure you are not booking overlapping weeks. NO PETS. NO SMOKING even on balcony. Designated smoking areas on property. The shared pool is open May through October 1st. Parking: You will be provided with 2 parking passes. 1 is assigned and 1 is first come first serve in unmarked space. Please no more than 2 cars unless you have it approved ahead of time. There is a washer/dryer on each floor and are available first come first serve. \*\*There is currently work being done on the exterior of the building. This is due to be completed by June 6th, but with weather, it could go into the following week.\*\* Linens are provided from a local service. Please read instructions as to what to do with them before checking out. If they are dropped off before our cleaning service on Fridays then the beds will be made for you. Séjour de 7 nuits en juin 2021 ### 8/10 – Bien #### Eileen K. 19 nov. 2020 Points forts : Propreté #### Comfortable Accomodations and Great Location This condo is a comfortable, well equipped unit -- excellent mattresses, very good lighting, up-to-date fully equipped kitchen, and comfortable living room furniture. The balcony, enclosed with sliding glass doors plus screens, was perfect for enjoying coffee on cool mornings and watching the wild ocean as we got the tail end of a hurricane. The location is just a short walk to the shops and restaurants of Wrightsville Beach. However, we were there during the off season plus during the surge in Covid cases. So restaurants had take-out or limited seating, with masks required for entry. For eating in, a large grocery store is 10 minutes away, with Whole Foods and Trader Joes only five minutes farther. The interior of the condo was clean and well maintained. However, there is definitely some needed cleaning and maintenance in order to make the windows, doors, and screens easier to operate. While we were there, the property manager responded quickly to our emails, and I am sure that these issues will be taken care off. We definitely hope to return to this unit in the future. ##### Eileen K. Beautiful inside, especially the large granite countertop/island. We loved sleeping with the sound of ocean waves and waking to the sunrise. Would stay here again for sure! ##### Karen W.
