Sandy Toes Suite 107 is on the oceanfront end of the building, overlooking the pool, located on the first floor, which is one level up from the street. There is parking for 2 cars only. This condo unit includes one bedroom, one full bathroom, 644 sqft. Fully equipped kitchen, open concept dining area, living room, "bunk bed nook" with two adult size twin beds, & washer/dryer. Relax and unwind on your balcony with views of the ocean. Take a dip in the pool overlooking the beach. Park your car in off street parking and walk to everything. Steps to the beach, restaurants & shops. Check out NEARBY restaurants and things to do: PLEASE READ PRIOR TO BOOKING: The unit photographed is the exact unit There is assigned off street parking for 2 cars only. No extra parking, any extra vehicles must be parked in public paid street parking. Secured building with door code, elevator, shared outdoor pool overlooking the beach. You will have exclusive access to the condo unit. POOL IS OPEN SEASONALLY Each unit is individually owned and operated. As such, Ultimate Property Management does not have any control over the building and its operations. You must be 25 yrs or older to book - Valid ID will be required No smoking, No pets Check IN is after 4PM Check OUT is before 11AM In order to ensure proper sanitization between each guest there are NO exceptions to this. If you love people watching and being close to the beach then this condo is perfect for you! It is on the first floor so while you can see the ocean, it’s limited view of the sand.
