Luxurious 5br/5.5bath Wrightsville Beach home with ocean views and close to the beach. Create lasting memories with family and friends at Casablanca! The main level of the house includes a well-appointed living area offering direct access to the covered deck with ocean views. The perfect area to relax and unwind after a fun-filled day on the beach. The updated kitchen is sure to please any chef in your group and includes all the comforts of home, plus seating for 4 at the large kitchen island. The wet bar includes an ice maker and wine cooler, plus the large dining room table offers seating for 10, so meals can be shared with family and friends. The master suite on the main level offers a King bed, smart TV, and a spa-like bathroom including a soaking tub and custom shower with multiple shower heads. You can access the back deck directly from this master suite as well. The powder bathroom, back deck with ocean views, and the laundry room complete the main level. Go out onto the back deck and head upstairs to catch the sunset from the rooftop deck with incredible panoramic views of the ocean and Wrightsville Beach. The first level of this incredible home includes the other four bedrooms, plus the den with an oversized sectional couch, large smart TV, karaoke machine, and PlayStation 4 gaming system. The Queen bedroom has a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination and direct access to the back deck with a swinging chair. A second King bedroom offers direct access to the covered front deck and a full private bathroom. The third King bedroom includes a smart TV, a private bathroom, and direct access to the front covered porch. The Bunk bedroom includes a Full over Full bunk bed plus a twin over a twin bunk bed, a full private bathroom, and access to the back deck. The oversized swinging chair on the front deck provides the perfect spot to kick back and cool off in the ocean breezes. The ground level welcomes you with an exquisite entry foyer, elevator access, and enclosed carports with an extra refrigerator and covered parking for up to 4 vehicles. Out back on the patio is a large outdoor shower plus a Green Egg charcoal and a Wilmington grill propane. The elevator provides access to all 3 levels of the home. \*\*Elevator reliable but not guaranteed.\*\* Parking instructions: 4 parking spots in driveway, 4 additional in enclosed carport. Any additional vehicles that do not fit at the property must park in paid public parking. INCLUDED: WIFI, fully stocked kitchen, paper goods, and ALL linens, including all bedding + bath + beach towels to save you the hassle/cost of renting them separately ($200-300+ value)! When you arrive, beds will be made with crisp, fresh linens and complete sets of fluffy towels will be available. Beach bikes, cooler, beach cart, and beach accessories are also provided for your enjoyment. You must be 25 years or older to rent this property. Sea Scape requires that all reservations have a signed rental agreement that will be sent to you via text message after booking. Once you've booked your stay, you will have 48 hrs. to complete the rental agreement to confirm your stay. Plenty of space for the family with great access to the beach. We loved having a washer and dryer on both floors. The porches were very relaxing and gave us the opportunity to wind down. Plenty of bikes and beach equipment to use during our stay. Sea Scape Properties was very responsive during our stay and prior to arrival. The home exceeded all of our expectations and was even better in person. Every detail was perfection! Love the walking distance and close proximity to beach and restaurants. If I had to pick one flaw, it is that recycling doesn’t pick up so you have to bring everything to a recycling center.
