Being just 2 minute walking distance from the ocean, this home is the perfect location, along with a cozy space for retreat between your surf sessions and sun. Being surrounded by multiple local's favorite restaurants, shops, and water sports, this home is sure to please your small group! \-Top tier 1Gb High Speed Wifi in each unit \-300ft to Public Beach Access \-100ft to Local Restaurant The ground floor right side unit is single level and consists of 2 bedrooms, each with one Queen bed. There is a shared bathroom in the hallway. This unit has a stocked kitchen and dining table perfect for 4\. The cozy living room equipped with a sectional couch and 44" TV with streaming services is the perfect resting space between your hours in the sun and winding down your evening. The laundry room for this unit is located just out back on the exterior of the home. Parking- There is enough room to park 2 cars at this home. Parking for this unit is directly to the right of the home. You will be able to park one car in front of the other. Keyless Entry- Guests will be provided a door code for entry. This code will be used on the keypad providing access to the front door. The front door can be seen from the road. I give my guests space but am available when needed. Send a message if you need anything or have questions during your stay! Enjoy the local coastal feel this beach town has to offer! Many restaurants, shops, and local bars are in walking distance. The public beach access is also just a short walk from the front door. We recommend a car for driving to explore the City of Wilmington. The location of this home is perfect for being in the middle of it all while having a comfortable space to rest away from it all! Ask us about beach gear! Steps away from a sandy beach. Plenty of places to eat close by. The only "minus" is the noise from the upstairs apartment (it isn't obnoxious, just footsteps and occasional thuds during daytime and briefly around 1am - probably a trip to the bathroom or something lol), but I was expecting it from another review, so didn't bother me. Being able to walk 1 minute to the beach is perfect! There are many restaurants also within walking distance and a small grocery if you forgot something and don't want to drive into Wilmington. The condo was nice and clean and there was definite attention to detail. The coffee maker is a Keurig, that is one thing I couldn't find on the listing and a few coffee pods are provided complimentary. The kitchen is well stocked with pots/pans/etc. Communication was great with the owner, as well.
