Stay Requirements: Sunday to Sunday rental in summer. Minimum of two-night stays in other seasons.
Bedding Configuration: 1 Queen, 2 Twin, 2Twin Rollaway.
Parking: Parking for 2 vehicles with HOA parking pass.
Pet Policy: No pets allowed.
Prohibited: Smoking, Pets, Boats, Trailers, RV’s, Golf Carts, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental.

*Please keep in mind that if you are renting a property with a pool during the off-season, it may not be open or available. Pools are usually open from mid- May to September, but dates can vary based on weather, permits, HOA guidelines, inspections, improvements, and unforeseen events. For more detailed information on specific pools, please feel free to contact our office.

The Station One complex requires all vehicles to display an HOA issued parking pass while parked on the property in order to avoid citation. Passes are strictly enforced and limited to two per rental unit; no exceptions can be made. All reservations require parking passes which will be issued from Bryant Real Estate to the reservation holder at the time of check in.

Bryant Real Estate, established in 1952, is a professionally operated firm that is licensed in North Carolina and hired by the property owner to manage “W223 – High Seas” as a vacation rental.

The location of this property is what makes it worth it. Right on the beach, and on the top floor so the balcony is open air above as well. Beautiful for watching the stars at night. The condo itself was mediocre. Surfaces and such were clean but it overall felt dingy and outdated. In need of a major upgrade, especially the master bathroom.

Nice property overall

This is a decent property. It was fairly updated and provided a beautiful view. I was shocked by all of the VRBO fees… For instance, they request that you remove sheets and create separate piles for linens when you already pay $150+ for a linen service. Take your own trash out after the stay even though you pay a rather large cleaning fee as well. Those aren’t big deals but something I believe could be taken care of in the service that I am paying for in the additional fees.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The place was spotless, the kitchen was well equipped for our needs. The views were impeccable and priceless. We will definitely rent again. The dishwasher did not work, and the vanity light in the master bathroom lit up every fourth or fifth switch. Small issues, honestly; that said, it would be good to have responsive versus automated communication from the rental agency for any concerns, per prior reviews.

Loved everything about it except the part that we had to take care of the trash ,dishes and beds also the towels were super cheap material. It felt like it we were drying ourselves with cardboard .. for what I paid to stay there this things should have been included..

Likes: Location, Location and Location. Great Ocean Views. Direct access to a better than average Beach. Price. Generally clean unit and building. Comfortable bed and seating. Dislikes: Check in is late 4pm. Check out is early, 10AM. Doable but not very client friendly. AC worked well, however the unit was filthy. The air vents were also coated with dirt. Bit unsettling especially in light of COVID. Decor is nice Would rent here again hoping that the AC is sanitized and serviced.

Great location, impeccably clean

Overall we loved our stay!!! The place was in a greatttt location. Immediately ocean front. Beautiful views. Very short walk to a great coffee shop and ice cream. Check-in was a little bit of a maze to navigate (you have to stop at two separate places to pick up various keys and parking passes before going to another location to drop off your luggage). Keys are REALLY STICKY for getting back into property from the beach. But the unit itself was immaculate. We loved our stay.

Great location/poor mgmt co & DIRTY condo

We have stayed at Station 1 for 5 years & this was by far the worst experience. First, it was a hassle to get our packet & keys to get in/out the building. Previously this was obtained AT Station One’s on site office. This year, we had to drive to the realty company’s office & were not aware of this until we got to the condo location. The realty co gave us our daughters packet who shares same last name & also rented a condo for the week, which brought up security concerns of not checking carefully before handing us someone else’s info & code to their rental unit. Luckily it WAS our daughter. The keyless entry into the unit was a pain & temperamental. Prior to going, my husband emailed Bryant realty to get the 6 digit code they stated was required but they never responded. We stood in the sweltering heat while the realty rep spat off a code; however after multiple failed attempts, & growing frustration on our part, we had to wait outside the unit for 30 minutes for a maintenance man to come & let us in. We ended up getting a new code that did work... MOST of the time. Once we finally made it inside the unit, I was pleased with the size of the unit; however we found it seriously lacked in cleanliness!! understandably there is going to be some ant of sand on floors given it’s a beachfront property but there was an excessive amt on floors & this was a new one I’ve never encountered, IN THE GUEST BEDROOM DRAWERS!!! So much so, my friend could not put her clothes away until she pulled each drawer out, dumped sand out & Cloroxed wipes each drawer!!!! I swept the floors & there was more than sand in the dust pan!! I could not for the life of me understand why the owners would update the guest bathroom with a nice, bright large shower & vanity while the MASTER bath was left seriously outdated with dinky, unsatisfactory lighting & a VERY small toilet-shower area. The tub/shower in master felt & looked dirty before my husband and I even took our first shower!! While the wall art above toilet was cute, a towel bar would be a better investment. We found numerous dirty dishes & utensils put away in cabinets & drawers & crumbs inside many kitchen drawers! One of the larger kitchen gadgets looked like it had been put back in the drawer dirty!! My God daughter found a moldy cup & well, you get the idea. I contacted mgmt co & they offered housekeeping service which we accepted. Our daughter lucked out with the nicer, MUCH cleaner condo on the 2nd floor!!!

Nice condo, but...

The condo was spacious and well kept- very comfortable. I would go back to the condo if it was located in a different complex. The main issue was the residents living in this complex: we had multiple run-Ins with remarkably rude and confrontational residents. My daughter has a disability and we have a service dog for her to assist her with her condition. Be prepared to follow strict rules - would be OK if I was over 75, but I have a few more years until I become bitter. Additionally, the rules of the beach at Wrightsville have become so restrictive: watching the police buggy driving between families trying to enjoy the beach was an uncomfortable experience: I think Wrightsville Beach has gone too far and has lost perspective. I will be vacationing with my family on a different beach.
