This 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom lower-level duplex home provides the best of the ocean and intracoastal waterway. The beach access is just across the street and guests of this lovely home can easily access the sound to enjoy the private beach that emerges at low tide. There is a sound front sundeck complete with an outdoor shower to rinse off the sand and a boat pulley available for mooring a small boat. Enjoy cooking your favorite family meals in the well-equipped kitchen without missing a precious family moment. The spacious open concept floor plan enables you to be included in the action whether you are preparing a meal, playing a board game at the table, or just relaxing on the couch and catching up on a favorite TV show. The kitchen offers updated granite counter tops and tons of counter space to prepare meals, bar seating for 7 people, and flows easily to a dining table that can accommodate 6 people. Fresh new wood flooring and a cozy sectional sofa welcome you to the living room. This is a great place to unwind after a busy day or you can grab a seat on one of the rocking chairs that is placed on the street side covered porch. The new hard wood flooring continues from the living room, down the hallway and into the bedrooms. The first guest room is furnished with a pyramid bunk bed (twin over a full) and is a great room for younger family members. This guest room has a private bathroom with a walk-in shower stall. Across the hall is another guest room that provides two Full sized beds. There is a private bathroom with a shower/tub combination that is available for guests in this room. A full-sized washer and dryer are in the hallway closet for added convenience. At the end of the hall, you will find the master suite which is truly a wonderful space! The master bedroom is outfitted with a comfortable Queen-sized bed, ensuite bathroom with shower/tub combo, flat screen TV, and direct access to the back deck that overlooks the Intracoastal Waterway. The sound side deck can also be accessed through the adjoining guest room or by a door at the end of the hallway. The fourth guest bedroom has a queen-sized bed as well as a twin sized daybed with twin trundle. This room has direct access to the adjoining bathroom which has shared access with the hall. This bathroom has many features that make it handicap friendly – please ask before booking if you would like additional information. Complete with small TV and treadmill, the sunlit ground level exercise room is available to guests 24/7\. The courtyard outside of the home gym leads you to hidden oasis that includes a covered sitting area, hot tub, and fully enclosed outdoor shower with temperature settings. This property has been equipped with an elevator in the past, however, it is not compliant with Weston’s Law and therefore has been disabled. The elevator cannot legally be operated for any purpose. We greatly regret any inconvenience this may cause, and we appreciate your kind understanding as we work with the homeowner and our local vendors to eliminate any deficiencies and provide a safe amenity for everyone to enjoy. All facilities that are complaint and permit elevator usage will be able to be filtered in search results by selecting the Elevator or Private Elevator amenity search. This property was conveniently located by the beach as advertised. Even with a 3-year-old and 70 year old we were able to get to and from the beach in under 5 to 7 minutes.The hot tub was very clean which is also unusual. I packed my own test strips when I go traveling and this was the cleanest one I had ever seen. There was plenty of items in the kitchen for cooking and plenty of room for everyone with their own bathrooms in each bedroom etc. Two different patios and a huge garage to park all of the cars we needed to park.Can't really think of anything to complain about. If I had to be terribly nitpicky I would say the grill could use and Improvement otherwise the places is absolutely perfect. ##### Michael P. My family just loves it. It has everything we need. We love to cook and eat at home. Lots of kitchen items . Plenty of room for everyone. Reviewer Comments: We had a nice time and overall the house was nice. We did kill quite a few "Palmetto bugs", which was concerning and the only reason I would not recommend this property. We also would have like to have had a few blankets on the beds or as "extras" to be used (there was only 1 extra blanket in the house) as it was a chilly weekend. We really liked that each bedroom had its own bathroom since we were there for a wedding, it allowed us all to get ready without waiting for a bathroom. We were in Wrightsville beach for my son’s wedding this past weekend and needed 4bedrooms with 4 bathrooms for 4 couples. This house was perfect! Enough space for everyone, clean, spent a lot of time on the covered porches, hot tub was an added bonus. House is just 3 houses away from the beach access. Very posh end of the beach filled with beautiful homes. Walking distance to 2 coffee shops, restaurants and bars. Some people didn’t like that the owner lived upstairs and that the eatery was through the garage. That was not an issue at all. The owner was lovely, never even realized she was there. Having the owner live on property guaranteed that the home was goin to be taken well care of (no bugs!!) and it was! My only complaint is that the bed in the handicapped room was very mushy and incredibly creaky. Everyone else found their beds quite comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked, the owner even provided kueurig pods for the key rig. There are no beach chairs, toys or towels so you will need to bring these items. ##### Rachael B. The beach is gorgeous and the bars/restaurants nearby are really great. Having 4 full bathrooms attached to each bedroom was awesome. But I have 3 recommendations: 1) I called the management office on the evening I arrived asking for blankets for two of the beds that didn't have a quilt or blanket. Those two beds had a sheet-thin duvet cover but no comforter/quilt inside the duvet. There were no spare blankets in the closets of the 4 bedrooms. I left a voicemail with my name/phone/location... but they never called me back. We were there for 4 nights. We had cool rainy nights and were cold at night. 2) The toilet in the back bedroom where I slept had so much rust on it that it looked unclean, even if it was just cleaned before our arrival. It's hard to make rust look clean. There are rails attached (the kind that help elderly sit/stand) and this attachment is where the rust has grown. It looks like it's been there awhile. 3) There is only one way in and out of the unit and it's through the garage. The garage had big roach-like bugs inside that made my teenagers scream. Thankfully, no bugs were in the unit but my kids dreaded going in and out that way. ##### Joanne M. Places infested with roaches all over the place and extremely moldy place. Half the locks in the rooms and bathrooms don't work two out of the advertised amount of beds were broken. In our visit the whole time the AC was broke until the very last day. The company managing the facility is Bryant real estate. They are not any good either I've had three experiences with them first one was really good second time they were average and this time they were complete s\*\*\*. They don't get any work done. You can tell him anything and they just ignore it.
