Pier Haven is a meticulously renovated new modern luxury beach house offering two distinct units that can be booked separately or as an entire home. With two identical levels (Unit A and B), each featuring an open floorplan with three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, this haven combines a sleek design with the comfort of home. Each unit boasts its own private entrance, kitchen, living space with a fireplace, and covered decks that provide expansive oceanfront views, ensuring ample space and privacy for your group to luxuriate. The ground floor of Pier Haven features a covered garage with hard to come by premium beach parking with space for 3 vehicles and an oceanside driveway that can accommodate a 30’+ boat/trailer/RV. The shared backyard invites you to barbecue or indulge in beach games in the sand. The laundry room is fully equipped with a washer, dryer, beach essentials, and an outdoor shower for a refreshing rinse after soaking up the sun. Unit A on the upper level boasts spectacular indoor and outdoor ocean and pier views. The living area features all-new furnishings, a color-changing fireplace, and a large smart TV. Exit to the covered deck for outdoor dining or revel in the sound of crashing waves and sightings of dolphins. The fully stocked kitchen with a large island is perfect for preparing meals, and the dining area offers mesmerizing ocean views. The first Queen bedroom has access to an oceanside deck, sharing a hallway bathroom with the second Queen bedroom. The spacious master suite includes a King bed, private full bathroom, direct access to the oceanside deck, peek ocean views, and a smart TV.
