This nicely decorated 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is located on the third floor and has amazing ocean views you can enjoy from the oversized balcony. Both bathrooms have been remodeled, and the living room furniture has been updated. The oceanfront master bedroom has a king size bed and a full private bathroom. The first guest bedroom has two full size beds, the second guest bedroom has two twin size beds. There is a full hall bathroom that each of these bedrooms share. The sparkling oceanfront pool, beach access, and tennis court are just steps from your door. This comfortable, family-friendly condo is sure to please everyone. With elevator access and secure entrances, the Duneridge Resort makes it safe and easy to enjoy this highly desirable property. We were not told about construction under way. We were unaware that pool would be closed. None of this would be a deal killer but Communication was lacking. It is run down, dated, the carpet is stained, and just feels dirty. I could tell the place had been cleaned before we arrived, and I don't feel another cleaning would have done it. It was more like a layer of grime was on everything. It was ok for us for the week. As I said- the location is amazing, the pool was very nice, and the deck is awesome. I just don't think this unit is worth what they charge per night. We could have gotten a nicer place for that amount. It needs painted/deep cleaned/and updated to be worth that amount.
