This beautifully appointed oceanside townhome is warm and inviting. “Casa Crane” is a pristine 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom townhome with ocean views is less than a block from the beach and is located on a quiet street with no public parking for added privacy. The updated kitchen is well equipped, making meal preparations a breeze, while the open floor plan of the main floor offers a fantastic gathering space for families to relish each other’s company and create lifelong memories. Lounge on one of the spacious decks and soak in the fresh ocean air. The first floor of "Casa Crane" offers three bedrooms including the primary with a king bed, spacious bathroom and private deck. Just down the hall from the primary bedroom is a guest bedroom with a queen and balcony, bedroom with two twin beds, and the washer and dryer are conveniently located on this level. The top floor features an open kitchen and living area with a large deck. The fourth queen bedroom with deck is located off the kitchen. All information was sent ahead of time via email and was very detailed. The home itself was very clean and accurate per the pictures. It has an elevator inside, but we didn’t use it. The garage was a nice bonus. The house is on a private street and less than 50 yards to walk right onto the beach - this was incredibly helpful getting to the beach easily, especially with kids. If privacy is your highest priority, one thing to be mindful of is the property is one large house split into two separate units, like most coastal home setups, and the driveway and walls are shared so you will sometimes be on the outside decks and there might be neighbors on the adjacent one. ##### Chris K. The house is located in a private street so no public access to the beach which was a plus. Another thing about the house was the elevator very so convenient for me since I’m 35 weeks pregnant and my aunt just got a knee surgery we loved it!
