This gorgeous single-family home is located just one block from the ocean and Banks Channel, both of which offer public access making this home the perfect destination for your next family vacation! Located on a quiet, family-oriented street on the desirable south end of Wrightsville Beach, this five-bedroom, 4-bathroom, home has 3 levels that comfortably accommodate 14 people. The lower level of this home has a bonus living room outfitted with a 75” flat screen smart TV that includes Disney+ and sound bar; a great gathering space for family movie night or Sunday football. Just off the living area is a covered porch that faces the sound and is a great place to relax while taking in the salt air. Down the hall you will find the first 3 bedrooms with 2 full baths and laundry area. The spacious upper level of this home is outfitted with hardwood floors and features an open concept living, dining, kitchen with convenient access to the third-floor deck which is perfect for outdoor lounging or dining! The kitchen has granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, beautiful tile back splash that seamlessly flow into the living space making this home wonderfully equipped for family gatherings. This level also contains the master bedroom with a private bath and another guest bedroom with full bath. Just off the kitchen you will find another staircase that leads up to an enclosed crow’s nest that provides magnificent 360 views of the sound, ocean, and south end of the island. This is the ideal spot for relaxing after a day at the beach, family board games, and watching breathtaking sunsets! The entryway gives access to the outdoor shower, fenced in back yard, and has a garage for extra parking, bikes, charcoal grill, and is great for storing all your beach gear. Come enjoy the waves, sun and sand at this home away from home! Occupancy: 14 Stay Requirements: Friday to Friday, Minimum of 2 night stay other seasons. The mattress on third floor guest room bed seemed to be worn and have depressions that made sleeping uncomfortable for one of our guests. Other VRBO places that we have stayed had coffee available as well as starter shower gels and shampoos. We realize that the listing of recommended things to bring included these things, but we forgot to check on that. Our great grandkids loved the beach. Lots of lots of great towels and washcloths and hand towels. No issue there. One dishwashing detergent pod. One really old and kind of broken corkscrew. No issue just now we know for next year and there will be a next year this will be our first choice for our family again. Super easy check out. There was plenty of room for all the generations of family members that were there. Lots of light, lots of room to sit around and visit. Very close to the beach. The house was perfect. We all had our own rooms, the layout was so cool, lots of room. The location was perfect, only about 10 mins to the wedding venue. The beach was right around the corner, great coffee shop. We were all so happy with the house. ##### ANDREA C. I love the house and I love the location but they have an issue with cockroaches. Plenty of parking and short 5 minute walk until you're sitting on the beach. Communication with Bryant Real Estate (property manager) was perfect, even with the hurricane passing by. Stained carpet in master bedroom did not make a good first impression. View is mostly of construction which started early and was noisy. WiFi is too slow to be useful.
