Located within walking distance to the ocean, multiple local restaurants, shops, and water sports, this home provides an amazing beach stay experience. \-Top tier 1Gb High Speed Wifi \-300ft to Public Beach Access \-100ft to Local Restaurants \-Large back porch with space to entertain \-Front porch with Ocean Views \-65" TV \-Stocked kitchen \-Open floor plan living/dining \-In-hou The entirety of the second level makes up the final unit of this home. This floor of the home is accessible by using the stairs on the left side of the home to the back deck, then entering through the door using your unique code on the keypad. This home can sleep 6 guests total. It consists of 2 bedrooms, one with 1 King bed and attached bathroom with shower/tub combination, the other room with 2 Queen beds also with an attached bathroom with walk-in shower, creating two "master" bedrooms! The large living space features an open-concept kitchen/dining/living area. The kitchen boasts a large island with 4 bar stools. seamlessly flowing through to the dining area seating 6 more, then continuing to the living area with a sectional couch. This floor has a 65" TV with swivel mount to position for easy viewing, plus streaming services! Laundry is located on the interior of this home. Additional Shared Spaces- There is an outdoor shower at the rear of the home that can be shared between the three units, along with a hose to wash feet before trekking sand inside! Parking- There is enough room to park 2 cars at this home. Parking is in the driveway directly to the left side of the home. You will park one car in front of the other. Keyless Entry- Guests will be provided a door code for entry. This code will be used on the keypad providing access to the front door. I give my guests space but am available when needed. Send a message if you need anything or have questions during your stay! Enjoy the local coastal feel this beach town has to offer! Many restaurants, shops, and local bars are in walking distance. The public beach access is also just a short walk from the front door. We recommend a car for driving to explore the City of Wilmington. The location of this home is perfect for being in the middle of it all while having a comfortable space to rest away from it all! Ask us about beach gear! You’re just steps away from the beach and a short walk to lots of fun spots like restaurants, bars, and even an ice cream shop. We came down for a quick weekend to help our kid move out of the dorm at the nearby university, hoping to get some good rest before the big move. Sadly, that didn’t quite work out because the bars next door were super loud. We were there during the last big weekend of the semester, and those college kids were definitely celebrating and having a blast before summer break—very, very loudly! Good news, I don’t think that’s the usual experience, since I read other reviews mentioning some noise but not too bad. Just something to keep in mind if you’re visiting when there might be celebrations happening. The host thoughtfully provides sound machines in each bedroom, so that helps, and maybe packing some disposable earplugs could be a good idea too! Haha! ##### Sally G. We loved the property and found it convenient to the beach and restaurants. It is next to a busy bar, so just be mindful that it could get noisy outside on the weekends. It was beautifully furnished, well equipped and very comfortable and clean. It is close to the bars and restaurants which makes it a bit loud but there was a sound machine in one bedroom which was njce. It had everything we needed and more! The property manager was top notch as well, very responsive. The only thing to be aware of is that it is quite close to a couple of bars and can be somewhat loud. This was the perfect location, close to my favorite places and the ocean. It was extremely clean and exactly as pictured. Luke was an amazing host! The communication was very responsive.
