Enjoy spectacular water views of both the ocean and the sound in the multi-level floor plan oceanfront condo located on the north end of Wrightsville Beach known as Shell Island. Wrightsville Dunes offers private beach access, community pool (open mid-May thru mid September), tennis courts, elevators and assigned parking for 2 cars and easy access to kayaking and paddle boarding on the sound. \*\*PARKING IS STRICTLY ENFORCED/WE ARE ONLY ALLOWED 2 CARS\*\* This updated, multi-level floor plan, 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo provides unobstructed view and comfortable, open living/dining/kitchen areas that are perfect for both relaxing and entertaining. Kitchen has been completely renovated with new appliances and everything you'll need for cooking. Living space & primary bedroom both flow easily to a covered oceanfront balcony for additional lounging area after a day at the beach. All 3 baths have been completely remodeled with all new tiled showers with glass doors, and beautiful new floors. Primary Bedroom is upstairs along with a second bedroom that has a king bed than can be converted into 2 twin bed. Key Features: Ocean front, covered patio, pool & tennis court, private boardwalk to beach. \*Included: WIFI, fully stocked kitchen, paper goods and ALL linens, including all bedding + bath + beach towels to save you the hassle/cost of renting them separately ($200-300+ value)! We plan to return every year.The unit is right by the pool and entrance to the beach, with a handy closet and garage storage with beach chairs and pool toys right where you need it. I stayed a week with my husband and six year old son. Hellon’s unit is spacious, modern and clean with great pool and beach-front views. She was extremely easy to get in touch with, although we never needed anything during our stay. A standout feature was how the three full bathrooms had ginormous showers. All three bedrooms (two kings and a queen) have full bathrooms. Soft beds and fluffy pillows, so if you’re like me who BYO- flat pillows everywhere, just FYI! ##### Hannah S. The grounds & pools are immaculately maintained. We have enjoyed this peaceful, albeit brief, break from the busyness of Charleston. The property is clean, comfortable and very well decorated. The kitchen was fully stocked and the children thoroughly enjoyed the snacks that were so generously left for us. We will definitely be back! ##### Rhiannon S.
