Lovely comfortable rooms with lovely big beds we stayed in room 5 which is absolutely massive with a nice very clean bathroom. Nice warm welcome and really friendly staff with great service. Overall highly recommend staying here as ideally placed to visit the nearby aqueduct plus Snowdonia is just over an hour away.

Lovely spacious family room with teenagers.. We had a very nice meal in the bar and breakfast was lovely - pleanty of choice. Staff were very accomodating. A very plaesant stay.

Hotel was nice enough, honestly a nice little spot. They had a large group and didn't seem prepared for it. Kept blaming the large group however it was clearly booked in advance and Hotel didn't seem prepared. Never blame other guests for your shortcomings. Own it and do your best.

The property was beautifully decorated, so much character! It’s much larger than you expect. The breakfast was lovely and beds very comfortable.

Wynnstay Arms
A perfectly adequate hotel, comfortable bed, good choice of food for breakfast, conveniently situated and with a car park at the back. Friendly staff as well. Would book again.

Dust and spiders
Unclean room with spiders in some of the corners. The teaspoons were unclean and clearly previously used by previous guests - so the cleaner hadn't changed the spoons. There was dust literally everywhere. We also called up days before and requested late check-out, I was told that a note would be made of it, and then I mentioned late check-out when we checked in, but by the time we checked out we were told there was no mention of the late check-out on our account. The food was good and tasty and the staff were friendly, just a shame about the room.

Really good hotel
Stayed for a friends wedding so just the one night however the room was beautiful, spacious and bathroom was perfect. Shame we weren’t staying for longer. Check in was simple, fast and even let us check in early which was good of them. The breakfast included was lovely. Literally nothing but compliments for this hotel and would 100% recommend / stay again.

Great stopping point for Holyhead.
Comfortable and spacious room in comfortable, well run small hotel above pub. Very good location en route to Holyhead for ferry to Ireland. Good, hearty food and nice beer. Very pleasant staff.

They were quick to accommodate us when we had unexpected car trouble. Everyone was kind and went above and beyond to make this unpleasant situation a pleasant one!

Staff could have been more welcoming. Food not of high enough standard. Two meals on first night were poor and we refused to pay for them they were taken off the bill. The bedroom shower was poor the flow rate was very poor . no coat hooks in the bedroom. All these points were discussed with the Manager and reported back to higher management
