We booked a Business Double room, and it was quite small, with dated furnishings. The bathroom was very cold with a small bath and no towel rail. The bedroom was clean, and the bed was comfortable.
The car park was full when we arrived, but a space became available later.
The location was a short walk from the city centre. Not picturesque but adequate.
Breakfast was a fairly basic buffet, with a few options.
I felt it was overpriced for the quality of room, but maybe that's what to expect in Chester.
