The staff at this property exceeded my expectations with their customer service and attention to detail. I called in advance to ask for a simple print out to be put on the door for my significant others birthday and to even my surprise they went above and beyond making the whole room special for the event. The property itself was very well maintained and had a really cool atmosphere with lots of neat things to do around the lobby like play pool, giant connect 4, hang out at the bar. Overall one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at and will def be back!

Woke up this morning & started to clean before checking out. I moved one of my bags of trash & saw a pile of ants running around. I was shocked & disgusted as this is a newer hotel in Framingham. I do not believe that I had that much trash for a 2 day stay & I also didn’t have any food in the trash either to cause that many ants to come out. I took a video & showed a woman at the front desk.although she was apologetic she said she’d talk to the manager for me. But never took down my number so the manager could contact me. Leaving me to believe that they won’t actually do anything about their pest problem

Spent the wknd with family celebrating a birthday . I will say property was great. Provided a heated pool with a lifeguard . Pool open 10a-10p. We also enjoyed the game area, pool table and other board games . Lots of entertainment. Bar closes at 10pm but we’re in no rush to get anyone out . They also provided a air mattress upon request.

Very nice property. Only observation — it was strange to walk in and find no one at front desk. Lobby totally empty and sort of eerie. And it took a couple minutes for someone to arrive at desk.

Don't stay on the lower level.
We were kept awake most of the night by noise and bright lights from the parking lot. Also there's no privacy on the first level as people walking by can look right into your room. Do not accept a first level room you will sorely regret it.I think hotels.com only purchases the cheapest rooms.

The property was always kept in a clean and tidy place. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Upon entering the front door, the lobby always smelled fresh and clean. Our stay was enjoyable. We will recommend this hotel to all our friends and family.

It was a very pleasant stay. We had trouble with our tv so changed rooms and was comped 2 breakfasts which were very good. The desk staff were very kind, especially the young girl who was working Tuesday during the day. So sweet and caring.
