Since it is just ourselves (3 couples) and one couple from Virginia, we were so comfortable and relax. The person who attended to us is very nice. I was surprised when we found that she is the owner. "This is a little overdue, however I definitely wanted to post this. So I rolled in here on Friday February 2nd for a skiing weekend at Cape Smokey, and was due to check out Sunday morning February 4th...but after 120 cm of snow over the weekend, I didn't get out until February 6th. All I can say is that the staff were absolutely outstanding in what must have been a difficult situation for them in what was one of the worst snowstorms in decades. I recently heard that the main lodge is closing to be revamped, and would otherwise recommend The Keltic Lodge in a heartbeat. Many, many thanks!"
