Nestled along the picturesque waterfront of Woy Woy, this cottage offers direct access to Brisbane Water and a jetty—ideal for paddling out by kayak or simply soaking up the serenity. Inside, a sleek kitchen, games room, and workspace offer relaxed comfort, while outside, a BBQ deck and grassy lawn overlook the tranquil bay. A dedicated workspace offers a quiet spot to focus. Whether you're walking to the wharf, catching a train, or enjoying a meal by the water, everything is conveniently close.  
Framed by lush greenery, this waterfront cottage offers a tranquil pause from everyday life, with the ever-changing canvas of Brisbane Water shimmering just outside the window. Inside, the living area invites you to stretch out on the leather sofas and layered textures underfoot. Tucked behind the main living area, the second lounge doubles as a games room—complete with a pool table, relaxed seating, and a table for board games or cards.  
  
Cook up a storm in the sleek kitchen, fully equipped with essentials like a dishwasher, oven, and Nespresso machine. Share meals at the elegant marble-top table surrounded by wraparound windows that turn every meal into a front-row seat to the scenic views. After dining, step into the rear courtyard—a quiet spot for afternoon tea, with picnic-style seating, leafy surrounds, and a bike rack for a relaxed post-adventure break.  
  
As night falls, retreat to one of two cosy bedrooms, each offering generous storage. The primary bedroom features a queen bed, while the second includes a queen bed and a single bed, accommodating three guests. A spacious bathroom provides a deep bathtub for a relaxing soak, along with a separate shower, while a full laundry room equipped with a washer and dryer enhances convenience. For those blending work and leisure, a dedicated workspace featuring a timber desk and ergonomic chair offers a quiet setting.  
  
Step outside and let the waterfront welcome you with a grassy stretch leading to the jetty, a kayak waiting for adventure, and a scenic trail that winds along the shore. Dine on the front deck or unwind in the garden as pelicans drift past and the sky begins to glow.  
  
Stay comfortable year-round with split-system air conditioning in the main living room. For families, a baby bath, highchair, and portacot are always available at the property. Two off-street parking spots in the driveway make arrivals and day trips a breeze.  
During your stay, you and your group will have the entire cottage to yourselves. There is one locked room which is not included in the listing. Please make yourselves at home!  
  
Set along the calm edge of Brisbane Water, this cottage offers direct access to a jetty—perfect for paddling out or watching pelicans drift by. A scenic foreshore path begins just steps away, ideal for peaceful morning walks. Only 1.5 km away, Deepwater Plaza provides shopping and casual dining, while Woy Woy Wharf and Station offer easy transport links. Nearby, enjoy waterfront dining with Japanese at Hotaru, Thai at Satang, coffee at Gnostic Mana, or Greek plates at Ela Mesa. Tee off at Everglades Country Club, just three minutes by car, and reach Ettalong Beach in four for swimming or sunbaking. Two minutes from home, the Blackwall Mountain Reservoir Trail offers a tranquil bushwalk with sweeping views over Brisbane Water.
