Most of the staff was extremely friendly. I liked the fact that everyone knew my name regardless of having interacted with them. Wow!
The thing I didn't like is the room. Walls seem to be made out of paper. Everything is heard and that didn't help our resting.
The room rate is not expensive but the room we got was so HUGE and I couldn't even believe it. It got a nice dinning place and kitchen and sofa and TV, then a huge bedroom with clean and large bathroom. The hotel is nice furnished and clean. But the location is not convenient if you want to go to downtown area--although it is just ~20 minutes drive and you can take a uber to get there.
Overall staff most friendly and helpful. Room very satifactory and super clean. Only comment would be that they should have a coupe English speaking chanels on the TV. Hotel is very conveniently located with shopping, restaurants and walking distance the the Plaza de Torros. Think the is a very nice hotel and do their best to make you feel comfortable. From airport around 30 minutes to hotel in afternoon but very early departure back to airport and only around 10 minutes.
