Most of the staff was extremely friendly. I liked the fact that everyone knew my name regardless of having interacted with them. Wow!
The thing I didn't like is the room. Walls seem to be made out of paper. Everything is heard and that didn't help our resting.
I stayed for four nights in November 2015 and had a wonderful stay. The size of the rooms is excellent, I had a large bedroom, bathroom, sitting room and dining area + kitchen and a large fridge. It is located about 10min walk from a Metro station and I used this station to travel to the city centre which took about 35 mins from the hotel.
The staff were very helpful. Fabian who was at reception booked me an excellent tour to Teotihuacan and also helped with whatever else I needed.
There are a few restaurants within walking distance from the hotel which are good and convenient for dinner. Breakfast is simple and limited. The gym is good and rarely used.
Overall a great place to stay.
This hotel isn't for everyone. After a 3 day stay in the Centro Historico, I wanted to see another neighbourhood. Based on reviews and price the choice came down between the Intercontinental (surprisingly afforable) and this small hotel in Colonia Napoles adjacent the World Trade Centre. The hotel is six storeys, about 20 rooms. I had a suite on the top floor and it was truly huge. The hotel is clean but is beginning to show the signs of age and that would probably exclude it for a lot of travellers. Staff - and that means everyone - extremely helpful. Given the tiny size of the lobby, one interacts with them all the time. The hotel has a restaurant which is open to the public and which is probably its best feature. I liked the atmosphere of the restaurant and had excellent breakfasts there - about $10 USD as breakfast was not included in my rate. The Colonia Napoles neighbourhood is attractive and safe but not very exciting. Inquiring about local attractions it was suggested that I try the Centro Historico, the Zona Rosa or the Frida Kahlo Museum in Coyoacan. However, staff helped book me on a very enjoyable day trip to Cuernavaca and Taxco through a local travel agent. There are several dozen places to eat an grab a drink within easy reach of the hotel. The magnificent Polyforum Siqueiros featuring the artist's March of Humanity is a 5 minute walk. The MetroBus on Avenida Insurgentes is also 5 minutes away.

Traveled with family, including three children. We all enjoyed our stay. Lots of places to eat within walking distance. Excellent hospital also within walking distance. Very conscious of guests' safety. Definitely will be staying here on our next trip.
Situated near Mexico City's historical district in the Benito Juarez borough, the World Trade Center area features a mix of international business travelers, tourists, and locals. The WTC complex has one of the tallest buildings in the city with a 45th-story restaurant. Several large international hotels surround the WTC with cinemas, restaurants, and cultural venues within walking distance.
