"My husband and I stayed here with our adult children and their partners. There was plenty of room for the 6 of us and we were quite comfortable. The stairs to the lake were good exercise (!) and the lake area very private. We made s’mores with the fire pits. A friendly stray cat kept us company whenever we were outside. It was a bit of a drive to the things we wanted to see, but if you are ok with that and the stairs I would definitely recommend this house!"

"By far one of the best VRBOs we have ever stayed at! Everything we needed was provided and there was more than enough space for our 2 families and grandma! Cathy was easy to reach and very helpful with any questions or recommendations! The Lake views and decks were amazing and being able to rent their boat made cruising the lake easy, convenient, and easily the family favorite thing to do… also it is a way better deal then renting from the Marina! Every summer we try to come out to meet up with our east coast family on a lake and we would for sure come back here again! Thanks Cathy for sharing your amazing home!"

"Well laid out house, room enough for us, our children and grand kids. Extremely clean and well stocked, especially the kitchen. We brought stuff for cooking but didn't really need to bring these things. We definitely will book this again. "

"We had a wonderful stay at Frank’s townhome. We had our adult children & spouses, our two Scottish Terriers as well our grandson and had ample room for everyone to have their own private rooms. The home was clean, well stocked and roomy. Beds were comfortable as well the pillows. Communication with Frank was great as he helped me with the new MyQ app. I highly recommend this home and will consider staying again as we visit Lake Keowee every summer!"

"Great layout very clean on the inside. Not walkable to the pool or Marina, but the amenities with Keowee key are amazing.Email stated check-in package would be available at the gate. We didn’t have that or an introductory email for the app. Took a couple calls, but once we connected with the property manager, everybody was very polite."

"We swam everyday! The house is stocked with more than you need. Coffee maker was user friendly People just need to know there are a lot of stairs. We’re 77 years old. We were fine. Some people can’t do stairs. Thank you"

"Our vacation was everything we could have hoped for. The location of the home was perfect as it is was located in a small quiet cove with a nice dock. There were kayaks, paddle boards, and a large floating mat to use for the 2 days we did not have a boat. The dock provided nice shade for lounging by the lake. The water was clear with a comfortable temp. I would recommend bringing some of your own beach type chairs as there are none available. There are chairs there but not the really the lounging kind. We rented a pontoon boat for 4 days from Keowee Boat Rentals LLC and we would highly recommend them and renting a pontoon boat. The dock has a nice covered slip for the boat. The house worked out fine. It had everything we needed to recuperate from full days on the lake. The kitchen was well stocked and nice views of the lake. The only thing that was a bit tricky were the steep steps down to the dock. There were many steps. However, full disclosure by the owner was shared that the steps would be slippery when wet and there was some kind of a rain storm almost every night. Tyler was pleasant and easy to communicate with and was helpful regarding the boat rental.We had a fantastic fun filled vacation on Lake Keowee and at the Bass House."
