Thanks to the tall windows, the 70 m² villa feels wonderfully spacious and bright. The stylish living room features a comfortable seating area with a TV, a large dining table, and a modern open kitchen equipped with a combination oven, dishwasher, and an induction cooktop with integrated extractor.  
  
The villa offers three bedrooms: two with comfortable box-spring beds and a third with a bunk bed – ideal for children. There's also a modern bathroom with a walk-in rain shower.
