Lovely spa, staff very friendly and helpful. Only problem was that the foot baths and salt room weren't working. Both days the foot spas were out of action and the door seemed to be missing from the salt grotto

Spa amazing, food good, staff friendly. Only down side was toilets weren’t great, all seemed quite low and didn’t flush very well. Overall hotel was lovely would definitely go back

Extremely helpfl and polite staff. Had a small issue with the room when I checked in, however this was quickly and efficiently dealt with. All staff were accomodating, the room was clean and tidy. Nice hotel. Will use again

Really nice stay. Hotel was in a strange position next to a shopping center but once inside the hotel did not matter. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Really enjoyed the spa facilities. We only could use them from 1500 to 1100 the next day so not that long, but we really enjoyed. Food was good, the service was a bit slow but the staff were good. Breakfast was really nice and good coffee as well. Only minus points was paying £6 for a bottle of Ale from the fridge, ridiculous price. And we ordered drinks to be brought to us it took so long I went and got the drinks myself. I would rather they not offer a service if cannot carry out. But apart from that we will definitely be going back.

Lovely spa hotel
Lovely spa, beautifully warm pool. Really clean, staff helpful: loved being able to order drinks to your lounger. Delay taking order for breakfast but that was the only downside.

A place to relax
Room was clean and tidy, bath robes and towels for spa were quite worn and had marks on. Love the fact you can use the spa from when you check in right up until you check out. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was lovely, first time I have ever been for breakfast in swimwear and robe. Only thing that let it down was the wait at reception for check in and check out, both times we had to wait about 10 minutes otherwise a nice relaxing stay

No wifi in the rooms. Spa pool is much smaller than expected. Location of hotel isn't what you would expect, although it is handy for a shop at Aldi.

Great stay
Beautiful place, great staff lovely clean spa. Will definitely be going back. My only gripe was they added an £8 service charge to my £9 drinks bill. This was removed as I went to the bar myself to get drinks. I would have happily paid if I had used the waitress service available.

Liked the indoor outdoor swimming pool. The hotel attached to the spa is really disappointing -feels like a one star hotel with a three star spa attached.

The website was misleading as there was definitely not a pool suitable for swimming. Hotel room door did not lock automatically so needed key to lock it, how outdated is that?! No fridge in the room.

While it was all lovely and clean etc it was a few annoying very little things that took the shine off : the toilet in our room was almost child size and tioio close to the wall so the toilet roll holder sticks into you. The pan was so low and where previous sitters had also obviously had trouble getting up off it the seat was a bit loose and alarmingly shifted slightly sideways. Off-putting. In the restaurant (excellent service) the evening menu sells Coke for £2.50. Be warned to check the rest of the menu. This is the 200ml mixer size ! If you want a larger "coke" then you opt for the Pepsi (which appears lower down the menu) in pints, or a half for £2. Nice warm pool. Lots of towels. Pity it's stuck on an industrial estate - not quite the setting for anyone looking out the windows for anything remotely pleasant. Our view to the Malvern Hills looked over the roofs and a Screwfix outlet . Had a good neck and shoulder massage. Not bad, but not somewhere I'd bother to go again. Try somewhere else unless you're dying for a pool and the spa thing in Malvern

All round brilliant spa day with all the facilities you could ever need and more and very accommodating if you have any special requirements such as dietary and disabilities. The spa caters for all. I highly recommend you visit this spa.
