"Lovely traditional hotel on the river Severn promenade, with large outdoor beer garden and restaurant and intimate indoor restaurant and bar. The hotel is formed of 2 buildings, both with parking, sharing the outdoor facilities. Breakfast and dinner in the hotel were both nice and tasty, served by attentive staff. The hotel is close to the cathedral, the Worcester porcelain museum and other historical properties. A walk on the Severn banks is also recommended."

"The hotel is situated just a couple of minutes away from the Cathedral and the Commandery so is perfectly placed for a visit to Worcester. The hotel is also on a road with some beautiful historical buildings. The staff were great throughout, and the breakfast was very nice. The only negative I had was the temperature of my room, which was extremely hot! The combination of it being ridiculously hot outside, and old building and I think my room was above the kitchen meant that the room was unbearably hot. They provided 2 fans, but even they weren't enough to cool the room down!"

"We only stayed here for only one night as we were going to the races (which is only a 20 minute walk away) but was amazed at the lengths the owners had gone to to make their guests feel welcome. We arrived earlier than expected and rang to see if it was possible to get an early check in and that was no bother to the owners. The apartment was clean and tidy the amenities were excellent, the kitchen was well stocked with tea and coffee making facilities with milk and water also in the fridge, washing up liquid and a lovely little touch of a sweets jar. There is also an iron and ironing board provided if needed. The bathroom also had luxurious hand soap hand moisturiser shower gel and shampoo. The artwork in the building is lovely and is provided by the owners daughter and can be bought online. The apartments are on a main road and they had also even provided earplugs but we didn't need them as the bed was so comfy we slept well. There is 24hr parking available for between £5/£10 in the streets behind the apartments and also on the next door pub car park which unfortunately we couldn't use as the pub was having a refit. There are lots of cafes restaurants and pubs nearby. If we are in the area again we will definitely be staying here again."

"Great stay. A little hot, but it’s not the hosts fault. The fan was helpful and after about 11 PM it became a very pleasant sleep. I loved the contactless entry. The host emailed me all the details several days in advance which was nice and all I needed to access the room was a code. The room itself is very nice. The bathroom is the highlight. If I could change one thing it would be the motion sensing lights. Every time one of us got up to use the bathroom the light stayed on for a while. A normal switch would be sufficient. I couldn’t find how to disable to motion sensing lights. The granola bars that were provided in the fridge were delicious and made for a good breakfast. Would stay here again for sure."
