We are a property management company based in Worcestershire and we want our guests to experience ultimate luxury and ensure their stay at this apartment is perfect. There are new fixtures and fittings throughout, finished in a modern style with artistic flare and home-touches to ensure that you are guaranteed to have a marvellous stay.

On accessing the apartment there is a spacious entrance hall and a coat rack.  
  
Kitchen area   
This new kitchen is equipped with a sink, oven, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and tea, coffee and sugar are also provided. The washing machine and dryer are in the communal laundry room on the 1st floor.   
  
Living/Dining area   
There is a sofa bed that would be suitable for 1 adult or 2 small children and a smart tv to relax after a long day, plus a table and two chairs.  
  
Bedroom 1   
The master bedroom has a double bed, a wardrobe, chest of drawers and a dressing table/dedicated workspace.   
  
Bathroom  
In the bathroom there is a W/C, shower and hand basin.
