Step into a modern, welcoming home with an open floor plan that connects the living, dining, and kitchen areas. The gourmet kitchen features quartz countertops, high-end appliances, a coffee bar, and a dining table for eight plus seating at the island.  
  
The back deck is furnished for outdoor relaxation, whether it’s morning coffee or watching the family play on sunny afternoons. ✹ HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected. Extra clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. For longer stays, Mid-stay cleaning services can be requested for an additional fee.  
  
✹ TRASH DISPOSAL: Please gather excess trash and place in large receptacles on the side. Trash can be put out on Monday for a Tuesday morning pickup.

✹ EXTENSION REQUEST: When you feel like time runs out too fast and wish to have more time in our home, we’ve got you covered. We’d appreciate it if you let us know as soon as you find out the need to extend your stay. We would like to inform you that we only allow extension requests until 12:00 am on your last day in the property. Any requests that come in after midnight while the cleaner is already scheduled for that day will have an additional cleaning fee.  
  
✹ NOTE: We provide complementary consumables like toiletries which include soap, shampoo, conditioner, coffee, packets of creamer and sugar, and other bathroom amenities. For your convenience, we offer mid-reservation supplies replenishing at minimal cost.
