She promised to refund the cleaning fee as the BBQ and stove were greasy, the hot water tap in kitchen didn't work and the domestic garbage bin overflowed on the front footpath and stayed that way for our 5 day stay. The garage door was broken resulting in an open garage for our holiday and builders next door left us with a dust covered car.
