Woodland View Lodge is a beautifully presented two-bedroom, two-bathroom holiday lodge set in the peaceful Riverside Leisure Park on the edge of Wooler. Recently updated and stylishly furnished throughout, the lodge comfortably sleeps four and is perfect for couples, families, or friends looking to unwind in nature without sacrificing comfort. With access to on-site leisure facilities and Northumberland’s coast and countryside nearby, Woodland View Lodge offers a relaxing, well-connected retreat all year round.  
  
THE PROPERTY BREAKDOWN  
This single-level, open-plan lodge offers bright, modern interiors and all the essentials for a comfortable self-catering break.  
  
Ground Floor (Single-Level Layout):  
Living Room – Spacious open-plan lounge with two large sofas, Smart TV, coffee table, and ambient lighting. French doors open onto the veranda with woodland views.  
Kitchen / Dining Area – Fully equipped kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, toaster, and all essential cookware. Dining table comfortably seats four.  
Bedroom 1 (Master) – King-size bed, bedside tables with lamps, wardrobe, and dressing table.  
En-suite Bathroom – Bath with overhead shower, toilet, washbasin, and heated towel rail.  
Bedroom 2 – Two single beds, bedside table, wardrobe, and wall mirror — ideal for children or friends sharing.  
Family Bathroom – Walk-in shower, toilet, washbasin, and heated towel rail.  
  
Outside:  
Veranda with Outdoor Seating – Elevated deck area with table and chairs for alfresco dining or evening drinks surrounded by mature woodland.  
Parking – Off-road parking available for up to two vehicles directly beside the lodge.  
Pets – One well-behaved dog is welcome per stay for a £25 fee. Please confirm during booking.
