The cows came to visit in the morning..other side of boundary fence, of course. The accommodation has everything for a comfortable stay. Well equipped bathrooms and kitchen. There is some gym equipment and treadmill. Spacious main living room with access to Amazon Prime on TV. Nice big dining table to eat and talk with friends/family. Decking & verandah go right around entire house, so you can sit and take in the view or read a book from wherever you like. Native gardens surround the home and property. A short drive to the local town of Bass where you will find a pub and convenience store, and there is a service station/McDonald’s on the main highway also. A short 10 min drive once on the main highway to San Remo near the entrance to Phillip Island, where there are lots of eateries to choose from. The house was really clean and modern and had the most unbelievable views from every corner of the verandah. It was peaceful and secluded, yet only 20mins to San Remo or 30mins to Inverloch.
