However it would have been good to know that the adjacent property was undergoing major renovation works. This involved noisy work commencing before 8am and lack of privacy due to workers being on the scaffolding. We also had problems with access and egress due to the vans and deliveries for the site blocking the narrow access lane and one one occasion was unable to park on the adjacent car park due to the number of vans being there. ##### Tony S.
