This 4 bed detached bungalow is quietly located just a short distance from the magnificent three-mile stretch of golden sandy beach, the village centre offers a charming array of shops, pubs, cafes, and restaurants. Woolacombe Bay View is an ideal retreat for families and friends to enjoy a well-deserved holiday. The property boasts impressive views of the North Devon coastline and Lundy and is within easy walking distance of the family-friendly resort of Woolacombe. Accommodation Entrance hall: Entrance hall with coat hooks and area for boots and shoes. Living room: Soft comfortable sofas. Large Smart TV, Wii games console and patio doors leading to balcony (standing area only) with an impressive sea view. Kitchen: Well equipped fitted kitchen with electric range oven & hob, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, integrated dishwasher, integrated fridge & freezer, Brita Water filter tap and a variety of kitchen utensils. There is a dining table and chairs seating 8. Utility room : Housing washing machine/ tumble dryer, ironing board and iron. Bathroom : Bath, walk in shower area, wash basin and WC.
