### 3 Bed in Mortehoe (oc-spindm)

Located in the quiet North Devon coastal village of Mortehoe, this charming property has been beautifully renovated to provide contemporary and spacious accommodation for up to six people, spread across three bedrooms. Decorated in cool, neutral tones, this wonderful home will provide you with a light and airy atmosphere during your stay, and it’s only half a mile from a golden, sandy beach.   
  
On entering the house, you'll find an open-plan lounge, kitchen and diner, providing a great space to socialise and relax together. The lounge has comfortable sofas arranged around a TV and wood burner, the kitchen has all the facilities you need to prepare a special meal, and the dining area has ample seating for everyone. Also on the ground floor are a utility room and a family shower room. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms, including a king-size with an en-suite shower room, a double room with a private balcony, and a twin. During the warmer months, you can open the French doors in the lounge to access the patio and lawn, a great spot for sunbathing or enjoying a BBQ. There's also an outside shower for washing off wetsuits and sandy clothes after a day at the beach.   
  
With Grunta Beach just a half-mile walk away, and the sandy beach at Woolacombe only 1.5 miles away, you can enjoy an array of seaside activities such as rock pooling, swimming, body boarding and surfing. Both villages offer plenty of eateries to choose from, including the seasonal Sri Lankan curry shack at Barricane Beach in the summer. For those wanting to explore further, the South West Coast Path offers stunning views in both directions, with Morte Point (1 mile) offering the perfect place to watch seals and sunsets. And for the surfing enthusiasts, Putsborough, Croyde and Saunton are all within 12 miles.
