This is a lovely location and the deluxe studio was very spacious and nicely appointed. I had to change my travel plans suddenly due to a family bereavement and the receptionist at Queens Gate Court was extremely sympathetic and supportive during this difficult time.

We were pleasantly surprised with the hotel. Most of those we were searching for in the area seemed small. This has a King bed and enough room to open all of our post cruise luggage. The staff were very helpful with logistics and helping us secure a taxi for our departure. The breakfast buffet was the best I've ever been to for a hotel included breakfast. Wow!

4 night stay was excellent. Overall the staff was super friendly and helpful and breakfast staff was hardworking and efficient. Breakfast choices were plentiful and really good and healthy. Loved the cappuccino machine and fresh pastries too. Hotel was quiet at night and bed was comfortable. Room felt a bit cramped and not enough bathroom hooks to hang wet towels. The only negative is the hotel’s location-although it felt safe and was nice and quiet- is a bit far from the nearest tube stop Pimilco and walking to Parliament area is approximately 14-15 minutes away. There are plenty of busstops nearby and we chose this option often, plus it was cheaper than the tube. If you want hustle and bustle then this hotel location is not it. I would recommend this hotel highly if you want clean, quiet, fantastic breakfast, super staff, and safe area and don’t mind walking.

Awesome property, great staff and roomy comfortable accommodations. Breakfast is awesome. On-site restaurant (Kerriges) is superb. Quiet location close to shopping, shows and the Underground. Bring a device that can Cast your content to TV so you don't have to try to find something to watch on the confusing TV/Media System, the channel guide is awful. The WiFi is lightning fast and great for streaming.
