Located on an acre of lakefront property in the White Mountains, this property is sure to be any outdoor enthusiast's dream come true. Enjoy swimming and fishing largemouth bass just steps from your door. The cabin is also just minutes from some of New Hampshire's premier hiking locations including Franconia Ridge. In the winter, the property also has good proximity to some of New Hampshire and Vermont's top ski mountains. This house is located off the Kancamagus Highway, home the best leaf-peeping drive in New Hampshire! Snowmobilers - connect to Rt 105 that runs just above the property and hook into New Hampshire's state-wide snowmobile trail system. This lakefront property is also located in The Mountain Lakes Recreational Community, which gives you access to a playground, basketball court, tennis courts, and baseball field. At the end of a day of adventuring you can return to the cabin which features 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, sleeping accommodations for 10 (1 king bed, 2 queen beds, 1 "full size" bunk bed, 1 full bed, as well as a pull-out couch, if needed), air conditioning, cable TV, long-distance phone service, high-speed Wi-Fi, washer/dryer, and a gas grill hooked up to the house's propane (so you will never run out!). The house also features a whole-house backup generator so you are guaranteed to never be without power, heat, or air conditioning. The space is comfortable for a full family to stay in, with plenty of space to come together or spread out. I had made a mistake in the booking and he patiently worked through it with me and VRBO reps until we got it solved. When a repair was needed, he jumped on solving it quickly. We had stayed at this home several years ago and were very happy to be able to go back and stay here again. Alex is a great homeowner and was always available if we needed him. The area is so quiet and nice, and the house is so clean and spacious and we lacked for nothing. The lake was peaceful and warm and surrounded by natural beauty. We had some bear friends come visit us in the backyard and we were able to safely watch them from the upper deck. We had another amazing stay and will most likely come back in the future. It was clean, comfortable, and spacious. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed and Alex answered my questions quickly and honestly. The area is quiet and peaceful and there was a great view from the deck that we used every day. I enjoyed using the provided canoe and walking around the neighborhood with our dog. It was nice to have access to a pool and tennis courts. The only negatives were that the lake, although beautiful, wasn't great for swimming (in my opinion) and the backyard was a bit soggy and muddy near the fire pit area due to a constant stream of water down the slope of the yard. Alex was a great host, and always answered any communication very quickly. We had everything we needed. The grandchildren enjoyed seeing the fish from the dock. The better area to swim is at the community beach down the road, and we went there often. There's also a pool which is open during the day, and only requires a "pass" during the hours when there is no lifeguard on duty. The kitchen was very well stocked for cooking, and there was plenty of seating for eating and watching TV. The air conditioning was perfect since we were there during a heat wave. ##### Maribeth M.
