As such, we do not collect security deposits or enter into landlord-tenant relationships governed by long-term occupancy laws.

Full property- parking is in the driveway and no onstreet or grass parking allowed ( the neighbor does not allow parking in front of their home)  
  
We like for you to have privacy but are around as needed and we have neighbors who share if there are any major issues  
  
The yard in NOT fenced for our furbabies or little guests - 100% of pet clean up, damage and control is required by guest. Landscaping will not be completed without pet mess clean up- we are happy to drop of additional poop bags if needed.   
  
Please read all house rules to ensure we are a good fit
