We were visiting for the eclipse, and the staff went above and beyond. They were very friendly offering advice, and brought out banquet chairs during the eclipse. They had glasses for the guests to use and literature from the local area. We were initially going into Houlton for the eclipse, but the hotel was so friendly and quieter, we stayed at the hotel

Staff was fantastic from the front desk to the Housekeepers. Everyone was Super Friendly and greeted us each time we passed by them! Rooms were excellent!

Our room was clean, and comfortable and the staff were very friendly and accommodating, especially Brent (I believe) and Chris. Brent was incredibly friendly and helpful when checking in and out. And when a snow storm hit on our second night, Chris went above and beyond to help us extend our stay and ensuring we got the best possible rate. He also did a great job trying to keep the rowdy sports teams quiet after 10pm. The staff working the weekend we stayed all deserve a raise, as the afore mentioned sports teams were a lot. The garbage, the noise, the destruction, the hall traffic, etc. was over the top and staff were handling it amazingly.

All you need for a great stay is here.
Great stay! Beds are comfortable with plenty of pillows. Shower was good, got water when needed. Pool was clean and adequate with a bathroom located close by with hair drier. Towels for after swimming are provided in the pool area. Fitness room has plenty of equipment... 2 treadmills, Pelton bike, and a universal workout station. There are also hand weights available. Water station is in the fitness room. A bathroom is also near by with small towels provided. The breakfast was very good and had a good selection... juice, coffee, cereal, eggs, sausage, yogurt, oatmeal, beans, waffles.

On our recent trip we stayed at 4 separate hotels. This hotel was the most affordable hotel on our trip and one of our favorites. The staff member who greeted me was so kind and helpful. Breakfast was included, the pool was small but perfect because it was just me and my family in there and the beds were super comfortable.
