Plenty of space for a couple of two for a long stay. Every appliance needed was there and working well. An abundance of china, glasses, cooking ware and paper products were stocked. Friendly neighbors. Everything well kept in this cottage. Look forward to another stay here in the future. »

« We had a fantastic family gathering in this lovely home. It sleeps up to 10 comfortably, which is hard to find. It is on a quiet road in the country. The kitchen is large, has nice appliances and works well for a large family. The most amazing part of this home is the outdoor space and view of the Blue Ridge Mountains. There are several outdoor spaces set up to take in the views. We have already booked it for our next visit to Charlottesville. »

« Our group of friends had a great stay here! The house is as shown in the pictures and the location is great for visiting Charlottesville and the surrounding area. Ample street parking is available and there were plenty of towels and dishes. They didn’t have a long list of items to do to checkout which was nice since everyone had to get on the road early the last day. Definitely recommend! »

« This was a great location and property for our 3 sons and their families. The outdoor space was perfect for a small pool and the grandkids loves the swing on the beautiful oak tree. Each famliy had there own sleeping space on each floor. A perfect place for large familes to meet. »
