To ensure a comfortable, safe, and enjoyable stay for all guests, we’ve implemented the following guidelines and house rules; please read carefully.  
  
\- No parties, gatherings, loud music, and smoking are allowed at the property.  
  
\- The use of drugs, including marijuana and other substances, is strictly prohibited both inside and outside the property. Please be aware that marijuana detectors are in use throughout the property. For security reasons, a camera is installed outside the entryway, and noise and smoke monitoring devices are also in place within the apartment.  
  
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE;  
  
\- All guests are subject to additional screening and a security deposit.  
  
\- Please park only in the driveway  
  
\- Check-in 4:00 PM/ check-out 10:00 AM.  
  
\- Quiet time is from 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM.  
  
PENALTIES AND FEES;  
  
\- A maximum of 16 guests are allowed to stay at this property. Any extra guest will be charged a fee of $45.  
  
\- Any property damage will be charged to the guest. If the property is left extremely dirty, an additional cleaning fee will apply.  
  
\- Lost keys $175 penalty fee.  
  
\- Early check in or late checkout that is unauthorized there will be a $300 penalty fee.  
  
\- In order to ensure an enjoyable stay for our guests, we ask that you follow the house rules; failure to comply may result in cancellation of your booking with no refund, and you will be required to vacate the premises immediately. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in maintaining a respectful environment for all.  
  
\- Ask us about cleaning services during your stay; we’d love to help!  
Parties are strictly prohibited. Outside guests are not allowed without prior approval. Unauthorized use of the home will result in immediate removal without a refund and guests will be held liable for any damage.  
Please respect our neighbors and drive carefully on the roads nearby. No loud noise is allowed from 9pm-9am.   
No smoking allowed. There will be a fine of $500 if the smoking rule was not followed.  
  
All guests are subject to a background check and security deposit.
