« I loved this property. I was staying in town for a conference at the Hilton (4 min walk). Gregg and his staff did an amazing job at making sure we had everything we needed. Including breakfast before we went to the conference. the food they served at the restaurant downstairs was superb! Great location! I would highly recommend staying here. I will be back! « Awesome for our family in DC for our son’s wedding! Had everything we needed. AC was nice and cool. Bathrooms had supplies and plenty of towels. Kitchen had all appliances needed. Only suggestion would be to add some box fans for noise and air movement at night. Great spot for a big family!! »

Instead of entering the correct unit, I unknowingly walked into a permanent residence home. It was filthy and clearly not intended for gas – but worse I was trespassing. « Pros: Check in & check out was easy. The apartment is right on a bus route to the National Mall/Smithsonian Museums, a 15 minute walk to the metro, 10 minute walk to a supermarket, and it's practically nextdoor to a restaurant. The location felt safe. The price was good. The kitchen came equipped with essentials. The on-site laundry wasn't overpriced (pro tip: bring quarters for laundry, it's coin-op.) The host provided linens, towels, and toiletries (and the towels were super soft & fluffy!)...

« The neighborhood is pretty decent, although it looks like it is going through a rebuilding process at the time I stayed. The place was a bit dusty, the owner did not respond well when I needed it, some of the furniture was really cheap and wobbly, and the bed was horrible. I would say, in hindsight, I wish I had picked another place for the money I spent. »
