We asked if we could go back to what we had booked and were told we couldn't because other people were in that suite. It was freezing when we arrived, and it would hve been nice to have walked into a warm room, but the heating was not on. There was no wi-fi (or none that we were told about and no details in the room), and one of us did not have phone coverage, so that was a nuisance. The bathmats were small and thin. The beds were comfortable and had electric blankets with safety timers.
