« Liked how the staff upgraded us and were responsive to our feedback. Liked the bed and linen, and how, mostly, the apartment was clean. Liked how Oulton Broad North railway station was walkable, and how room 11 has a parking space - if hard to find and quite tight. The place was good value. Not so good: There was a stained grey rug in the living area that needs replacing. We didn’t have a tea towel or oven gloves until we asked. There was no bath mat - and not enough hooks to hang towels on. »

« It was quite nice. Nice lotus car themed restaurant, big room, comfy bed. Dislikes. No air con, ground floor so opening windows was a tad risky. Annoying blue and green lights in the room so never completely dark. »
