Surrounded by six acres of idyllic gardens, woodland and meadows the property opens out onto a rear garden and patio with a BBQ and lawn area (shared with the Cartlodge and the Farmhouse). There is a brand new additional games room with table football, board games and plenty of seating offering a fantastic Ground floor: Fully equipped open plan kitchen and dining area including cooker, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave French doors open onto rear patio and garden Double bedroom with high quality Egyptian cotton linen and towels, chest of drawers and wardrobe Twin beds with a pull out bed for a child made up with high quality Egyptian cotton linen and towels First floor: Spacious living room with exposed timber beams and a TV with DVD / CD player Shower room with toilet Door leading to outdoor staircase with wide ranging countryside views Outside: Rear patio with BBQ Shared lawn (with the Cartlodge and the Farmhouse) Parking next to the property Washing line behind the green shed in the meadow Games room with table football, board games and plenty of seating Please note some of the beams upstairs are quite low so you will need to be mindful of this.
