This charming property offers superb home-from-home accommodation with contemporary fixtures, comfortable furnishings and an overall sense of peace and tranquillity. It lends itself perfectly to any group of family or friends eager to explore the wider Suffolk countryside, be it through trips to local beaches or a train journey to some of the other picturesque towns and villages nearby. This spacious family home with stylish contemporary interiors finished to a very high standard is set over two floors and boasts bright rooms with plenty of natural light and a relaxed ambience. On the ground floor there is a spacious sitting room with comfortable seating and a wood burner for cooler evenings, double doors lead out to the garden. The kitchen / diner is a bright and airy space with a SMEG range, built in full size fridge, integrated dishwasher and a Quooker tap. Spacious dining area with table and chairs to comfortably seat 6\. Triple aspect windows make this a lovely bright and airy room perfect for enjoying a long lazy lunch or dinner together. There is a separate utility room where there is a freezer, washing machine and a microwave. Doors lead out to the garden. Downstairs cloakroom with WC, hand basin and towel rail. Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms: A generous size bright and airy master bedroom with king size bed, wardrobes, two bedside tables, a chest of drawers and an ensuite shower room. The ensuite has a walk-in shower with a waterfall shower, WC, hand basin with storage under and a heated towel rail. A velux window lets in natural light. Bedroom 2 has a double bed with dual aspect windows filling it with natural light. There is a wardrobe, chest of drawers and 2 bedside tables. Bedroom 3 has a single, bedside table, wardrobe and a chest of drawers. 3 windows let in natural light making a lovely bright room. Bedroom 4 has a single bed, bedside table and a chest of drawers Family bathroom with a free standing bath with a shower attachment, WC and hand basin. Windows let in natural light. Shower room with a large walk in shower with waterfall shower, WC, hand basin and heated towel rail. Outside is a peaceful, spacious enclosed garden that surrounds the house. At the back there is table and chairs where you can dine al fresco or simply enjoy a glass of wine and soak up the sun. Parking in front of the double garage for up to 3 cars There is a dedicated work space above the garage, should you need to work whilst away. There is an EV charger which you can use during daylight hours for no charge, but if you use it in the evening / overnight there will be a charge.
