Angel house is a delightful newly refurbished three bedroom house perfectly situated just a short stroll from the vibrant town centre of Woodbridge. Ideal for families, couples, or small groups, this charming property comfortably accommodates up to five guests, providing an inviting base from which to explore the best of Suffolk.  
  
Through the front door you can turn right into the kitchen or left into bright and airy entrance hall, leading to the stylish and cosy sitting room with comfortable seating, smart TV., gas wood burning stove and double doors onto the secure garden. This leads through to a pretty dining room with under floor heating, which seats six, over looking the garden. The back door to the garden connects to a boot room with underfloor heating and side entrance leading to the front - perfect for muddy dogs and dirty boots. The Dining room leads to the downstairs cloakroom with WC and washing machine and well-equipped light kitchen with breakfast table and all the essential cookware. The pretty, quiet and secluded garden, has a small terrace for dining, lawn and a summer house. The property has three bedrooms, and an open landing that could accommodate a single bed. The master bedroom has a kingsize or twin bed with ensuite WC and basin and French doors onto a large south and west facing balcony with comfortable seating. , The second pretty bedroom offers a comfortable single bed, ideal for a child or a single guest. In the attic there is a spacious landing area with seating and tv that could accommodate an additional single bed, and a third bedroom with two custom made comfortable box beds leading to an suite with WC, bidet and basin.. High-quality linens and soft bedding ensure a great night’s sleep for all guests. There is also a well-appointed and light family bathroom on the first floor with under floor heating. a large walk in shower, free standing bath, WC and basin, overlooking the garden.
