"The Hotel Chelsea was a fantastic stay. I was able to check in early, which was really appreciated, and my request for a room with a bath was accommodated without any issues. The room itself was beautiful — very clean, well-designed, and felt genuinely luxurious. Everything was comfortable and thoughtfully put together. I didn’t use all of the hotel facilities during my stay, but I was very impressed by the staff, who were consistently friendly and professional. The food and overall service were also excellent. I would definitely stay here again. "

"The property was very well located. Within walking distance from major attractions and multiple subway stations. Staff was very friendly, especially Gabby. The only downside, was the storage room for luggage. It is extremely small and all of our luggage did not fit so we had to purchase/book luggage storage elsewhere. "
