Thoughtfully designed for comfort and connection, the home features multiple living areas, a sleek kitchen, a breezy balcony with ocean glimpses, and a sunny patio made for alfresco meals. Catch up on emails at the dedicated workspace, head out for a surf, or walk five minutes to the train station for an easy getaway to Wollongong.  
Experience laid-back coastal living in this spacious, brand-new retreat, thoughtfully styled with modern design in the heart of a vibrant seaside town. From the private entry, a timber staircase leads you up to the main living level, where an open-plan living area features a large L-shaped sofa and glimpses of the ocean through leafy treetop views. This space flows out to a covered balcony with comfortable seating and sweeping outlooks—perfect for curling up with a book in the sea breeze.  
  
A second living area at the rear features soft seating and a TV, opening out to a sunny patio with a full outdoor dining table and built-in bench seating—ideal for long meals under the open skies. Surrounded by lush greenery and secure fencing, this outdoor space offers both peace and privacy.  
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook up a feast—from a gas cooktop, oven and microwave to a dishwasher, full-size fridge and a Nespresso machine. Share meals at the round dining table in the main living area.  
  
The three serene bedrooms are set along a quiet hallway, each featuring a queen bed, crisp linens, blackout blinds, ceiling fans and ample storage for a restful night’s sleep. The primary bedroom includes its own ensuite, while the main bathroom—fitted with a bathtub, walk-in shower and complimentary toiletries—is positioned just before the second bedroom. A laundry room provides everything needed for longer stays, including a washer, deep sink, drying rack, iron and direct access to an outdoor drying area with clotheslines.  
  
A dedicated workspace tucked into the hallway offers a quiet nook for remote work. There’s secure garage parking for one car, along with 24/7 free street parking just outside. Please note, this home is part of a modern duplex with a private entrance and shares one common wall with the neighbouring residence.  
During your stay, you and your group will have the entire house to yourselves. Please make yourselves at home!  
  
Step out and explore the best of Thirroul from this central location—just a three-minute walk to Lawrence Hargrave Drive’s vibrant dining scene. Grab coffee from one of the local cafés, enjoy a long lunch at Duck in Heaven, savour asian flavours at The Old Siam or Madam Choi, share a woodfired pizza from Ciro’s, or unwind at Pickled Poet Wine Bar. Stock up on groceries at nearby Coles if you’re planning to cook at home, or spend a laid-back afternoon browsing the many boutique shops along the main strip. For a dose of salt and sand, take a 12-minute stroll to Thirroul Beach or drive five minutes to Austinmer Beach for rock pools, a playground, and a family-friendly vibe. Thirroul train station is only a five-minute walk away, offering easy access to Wollongong.
