Staying here will place you right across the road to Kiama's main beach - Surf Beach + children's playground. This three-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment is on the top level accessed via a lift from the ground floor and underground secure car park. An open plan living, dining and kitchen flows out onto a spacious balcony with outdoor entertaining area. Your options are open, cook up a storm in the fully equipped kitchen, enjoy a BBQ out on the balcony listening to the waves crash on the beach opposite or head out to one of the many restaurants available to you within an easy walk. It is essential for fraud prevention, damage claims, safety, and emergency purposes. The process varies depending on the online travel agent used. Direct bookings require the booker to upload a copy of their driver’s licence and credit card through our encrypted online process. Additional Guests: The guest limits apply at all times during the booking. Any extra guests (this includes day visitors) above those that have been booked and paid for must be approved in writing prior to the stay. Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission. This is not possible at all properties. No Extras: This property is approved for accommodation only. No mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed. Under no circumstances are the following activities permitted at any of our properties: motorbikes, dirt bikes, quad bikes, use of firearms or air rifles, fireworks. EV Charging: For safety reasons and to comply with insurance requirements, guests are prohibited from charging electric vehicles at any property that does not have a dedicated EV charging station. Charging electric vehicles without proper infrastructure poses a fire hazard, and in the unfortunate event of an incident, insurance cover may be compromised, and the guest held liable. If in doubt, ask our team for the closest EV charging station. Long Stay Discounts: Out of peak season stays of a week or more may qualify for a discount, please send us a message. Security Deposit: For most bookings, completion of our registration process and a valid credit card with a $1000 available limit is sufficient for the security deposit. For medium-term bookings (21-40 nights) and long-term bookings (41-90 nights), a non-negotiable cash security deposit is required. This deposit, held in our Trust Account, is refunded after the departure inspection, with any damage or loss deducted. It had every convenience you could think of. Right across from the beach and close \[walking\] distance to great cafes and restaurants. Immaculately cleaned. The only reason I have given it a 4 star for cleaning is that the main bedroom carpet\[& lounge rug\] is in need of a clean, also the towels are in need of a good soak or bleach. Apartment was very comfortable with everything we needed. Kitchen well equipped. Some nights the neighbours were noisy and the traffic noise starts early in the morning but that is to be expected so close to the beach. A short walk into town & railway station. Being on a busy road was concerned about traffic noise...couldn't hear anything when doors closed. Apartment was spacious, clean & extremely comfortable. There is an excellent Italian restaurant, Olive and Vine, on ground level. The apartment was very clean and contained all fittings, fixtures, and equipment for a short or long stay. A bonus is the large balcony, however it is uncovered, so during our time, when it rained, often, the balcony was unusable. Another bonus is the large, lockable, two car garage on the ground level which is located under the apartments. An elevator makes luggage transfer easy. Definitely recommended ##### Richard T. We enjoyed our stay in this apartment. The only negative would be noisy neighbours at night and a strong smell of cigarette smoke seeping in of a night time.
