With multiple living zones, a modern kitchen, a study nook and central cooling and heating, it’s ideal for those seeking a well-designed base to relax with loved ones. Start your day with coffee on the private balcony, enjoy alfresco lunches on the covered patio, then stroll to Shellharbour South Beach for peaceful moments by the water.  
Just moments from Shell Cove Marina, this coastal escape blends contemporary styling with thoughtful details for a seamless South Coast stay. Inside, the main living area invites relaxed gatherings with an L-shaped sofa, soft lighting, and a large TV. Upstairs, a second living zone with plush seating and another TV offers a quiet space to curl up with a book or enjoy a movie, away from the buzz downstairs.  
  
The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas cooktop, oven, dishwasher, fridge, and all the essentials for easy cooking. The dining area, styled with vintage coastal artwork, offers a welcoming space for shared meals, while the spacious kitchen island is ideal for drinks and nibbles before dinner. For those who love dining outdoors, step out to the covered patio where a six-seater table, ceiling fan, and gas BBQ set the scene for easy alfresco meals. The private courtyard beyond provides a sunny spot for drying clothes or enjoying the fresh air.  
  
All three bedrooms are located upstairs, each styled with ceiling fans, curated wall art, and a calming, uncluttered design. The primary bedroom features a queen bed, a walk-in wardrobe with a study nook, and an ensuite with twin vanities and a glass shower. From here, step out to a private balcony with comfortable seating, perfect for quiet moments in the sun. Two additional bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with a single and a bunk bed, share the main bathroom, complete with a freestanding bathtub, walk-in shower, and generous vanity.  
  
Downstairs, a separate powder room and a private laundry with washer and dryer add extra convenience. Central air conditioning and heating ensure comfort in every season. On-site parking is available for two vehicles in the driveway and garage.
