From the minute we arrived until we had to (sadly) say 'goodbye', we could not have been happier. Everyone on staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly and helpful. And both our apartment and the overall facility were immaculate. The apartment totally deserves its 9,8 rating! A massive balcony, overlooking the low rise apartments opposite (room 204 on second floor) but it’s absolutely fine. Very comfortable bed and full electric blind over window. 2 massive tv screens. Large quality shower and bathroom and two very comfortable settees. We are in two bedroom apartment with one bedroom locked off. One of the nicest apartments we have ever stayed in.
