It is well equipped with things a traveller might need…kitchenette, ironing board, etc. The host left some hot apple cider for us which was kind. It doesn’t compare with other Wolfville Inns in terms of luxury or a romantic atmosphere, but it was also much cheaper, so it really depends on what you are looking for. We felt like we were were staying in a room in someone’s house as there was not much privacy and we could smell the cooing from the house and we woke to someone walking around around above us with their shoes on before 8am. The other rooms at the back may have offered a more quiet/ private experience. Check in was fairly late at 4pm, and check out was a bit early at 10am. ##### Catherine Ann R. He guided us to the room and even helped with our luggage. The Gingerbread House is a great place with a short stroll to downtown. I will definitely stay there again. ##### Brian P.
